John GBA has a self-explanatory name – the application is designed as a classic GBA emulator. It runs on Android – version 4.1 or newer. However, it is worth noting that the application will not work without having the game files yourself. Recently released, the developer has already mentioned that the emulator will not see any updates. In fact, a new version with a different name has hit the market already, so the developer will focus on this one instead.

All in all, this emulator brings in the original GBA engine, cheat codes and super high quality rendering. You can search game files, benefit from a virtual keypad and support for zipped files. Keys can be customized, while the turbo buttons will give you a smooth experience. You can slow down, go fast forward or enjoy the Bluetooth or MOGA support. Requirements are basic – 1GB of RAM and a classic 1GHz dual core processor.
