CD-ice emulated CD-i. It is one of the wide variety of emulators for this platform and has been released about two decades ago. While it has not seen any major updates in years, it is still widely used for old school experiences. Based on the Philips CDi (Compact Disk Interactive), the console was compact and used to run with a CD-ROM. It would bring a whole computer into a living room in a fancy and accurate manner.
CD-ice does the exact same thing. Over its long history, CD-ice had a few attempts to become a money making tool, but the lack of further development has failed such plans. These days, you can find it for free over the Internet. The emulator is relatively small and can be installed by unzipping the archive in the same directory. Run it and you can bring back the Philips CDi experience within minutes only.
