DaedalusX64 has never made it past the experimental phase. The emulator has come out in a few different versions and it took a bunch of updates overtime, with the latest one in the spring of 2019. While previous updates come out monthly, nothing has happened over the past few years. The N64 emulator is designed for Linux/PSP. Its primary goal was to improve the gaming speed and overall experience. Accuracy was left on a second position, but it still brought in an interesting appearance.
Compatibility has also been a main target for the development team. Some of its main features include the vFlux implementation, a great resolution, native support, working save states, ARM DynaRec, bilinear filtering and audio support, among others. While it has not been updated in a while, the emulator is still relevant today and can be downloaded for free. The installation and running are quite easy and straightforward.
