GB Enhanced+(GBE+)

GB Enhanced+ – often referred to as GBE+ – is available as an open source emulator for Nintendo DS, GameBoy Advance and GameBoy Color. Not only does it emulate each of these platforms, it also enhances the gaming experience with a series of upgrades that were not possible a few decades ago. For example, gamers will love the tile replacement or coloring games. Furthermore, the Nintendo DS emulation was implemented further on. All in all, this project represents an upgrade from a similar emulator – GB Enhanced, which became history because its core was not very solid.

GB Enhanced+ has gained notoriety with some unique innovations – some of them not available in other emulators. For example, the IR link stands out in the crowd, not to mention the four player adapter. The Full Changer, Barcode Boy and Mobile Network GB are also worth some attention, yet the last feature is not 100% complete.
