Jpcsp is a Java based PSP emulator. It allows you to play classic PSP games on any computer. The project has been started and maintained by a small team since 2008. While written in Java, it can easily bring in classic commercial games at full speed – the performance is simply flawless. The emulator benefits from dual core processors and can support NVIDIA graphic cards. Based on tests and reviews, the emulator can handle over 600 different games.
It provides support for Atrac3 sound and video, but the bad news is no new details have come up over years. The last version was released as a beta version in 2013 and no further updates have been made, meaning the project has been abandoned. In other words, bug reports or issues regarding the emulator (such as a few common problems with ATI or AMD graphic cards) will most likely be ignored.
