Ootake

Ootake emulates the classic console machine PC Engine – known as TurboGrafx16 in the USA. Discontinued in 1994, the machine brought in a plethora of upgrades to the gaming industry and took the gaming experience to another level. This emulator allows playing most applications created for it – from Bonk's Adventure and Blazing Lazers to Yi I & II and Alien Crush. At the same time, the console brought in greater speeds and more smoothness than its main competitors – Genesis and Super NES.

The good news is the emulator perfectly replicates the games – gamers have access to the same controls, settings and speed. It runs on most versions of Windows – including modern versions. While new releases come out rarely, the project has not been abandoned and goes through various updates based on modern system requirements. It is one of the few emulators for PC Engine that still run.
